All Dental Learning Centers equipment, except ClearMatch (see below), have a 14 day money back guarantee with the following conditions. Returned components must be in new condition with all boxes and manuals included. Shipping and handing is not refundable. Pre-approval in writing needed before return; all sales final after 14 days. Mirror kits and software items (Smile Library) are not returnable if seal is broken. Repairs of Canon cameras are done through Canon (see warranty), all other camera component defects are warranted by Dental Learning Centers for 1 year from the purchase date.

ClearMatch has a 45 day money back guarantee conditional that you try at least one case during the 45 days. All items must be returned in new condition. Training is not refundable.

Workshops refunds are given upon request only if received 60 days or greater before the event
